Found by Fourth Vintage item.  Brass, articulating candle holder that holds six candles. The piece can be adjusted by loosening and tightening the hinges to create various formations. General wear and tear and tarnish due to vintage nature. Brass can be polished, or kept as is. Found for Fourth Street in the United States.
