    Shipping 

    All orders are as below, apart from Kassandra Thatcher lamps. Shipping costs for these will be calculated once the lamp is completed depending on the recipients location. If you would like an approximate shipping cost, please contact hello@fourth-st.com

    If an order is time sensitive or needs gift wrapping, please contact at hello@fourth-st.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request. 

    All international orders are dispatched using DHL Express.  

     

    WITHIN NEW ZEALAND

    Orders will be processed within the working day.  Delivery times are within 2 working days of shipment.  

    Shipping within New Zealand is a flat $15 rate. 

    Customers will be notified as soon as the items are dispatched.  

     

    AUSTRALIA 

    Orders will be processed within one working day.  Orders are dispatched using DHL Express service and typically arrive within 1-3 days from dispatch. Orders to New South Wales typically arrive overnight. 

    Shipping to Australia is a flat $30 rate. Heavy items incur an additional charge and are automatically populated upon checkout. 

    Customers will be notified as soon as the items are dispatched.  

     

    INTERNATIONAL ORDERS 

     International orders are calculated depending on your shipping zone at checkout. Orders can be expected within 2-5 working days, depending on the region.

    CUSTOMS & IMPORT

    International orders may be subject to import tax and custom duties.  Fourth St does not tax accountability of these costs.  

    We recommend customers investigate their own country import duties prior to ordering.  

     

    RETURNS POLICY 

    We understand that homewares are a considered purchase. If you wish to lodge a return, the item must be shipped back to Fourth Street within 5 working days and received back in the exact same condition it was sent.  

    A refund will be issued providing there is no damage.  The customer will be reimbursed the cost of the order less any shipping and restocking costs incurred. Please note, Fourth Street absorbs a portion of shipping costs and actual shipping costs may be higher than what you have paid.
